bionicmessage Groupware sync server
The Groupware sync server bundle is a customized distribution of the Funambol device sync server designed for GroupDAV compliant groupware servers. It also contains modules to enable push email with Citadel.

- Linux/x86 installer
- Package for all operating systems (set JAVA_HOME to an existing Java runtime, preferably 1.6 or higher)

Requirements
To use the Groupware sync server you need:
- Java 1.6 Runtime (included in Linux/x86 bundle)
- Mobile device or client with internet/network (GPRS/3G/WiFi etc.) connection to server
- SyncML client on Mobile Device/Client
- GroupDAV server - Citadel, eGroupware and OpenGroupware
- An account with an SMS gateway such as Clickatell for SMS-based push email notification
Common clients are:
- Windows Mobile PocketPC or Smartphone with Funambol client
- Nokia or other Series 60 devices
- PalmOS 5 devices with Synthesis client
- Symbian UIQ Devices (some Sony Ericsson)
Attention Blackberry users: You will need to apply a post-installation patch as described in the wiki. You can find the latest Blackberry clients at the Funambol forge
